The «JC01» variety is an interesting cultivar, it does not have thick cladodes, but it has curved areolas with small spines that do not bother the touch. It is a cultivar with continuous and fast growth, its fruits have an average size of 500g, smooth skin, long bracts and pink flesh. It has a lovely soft, fresh and sweet flavour. It's flowering period is from July to September.
